The PPL File Transfer Center Files2U has been replaced with Globalscape’s Secure Send Workspaces for secure files transfers.

Note: People outside of PPL can use Secure Send to send files only to recipients within PPL. To use Secure Send, external users can create an account after receiving a request from a PPL user.
